OVERVIEW
Foliaire Inc. is a Boston-based Interior and Exterior plantscape company that has been in operation for over 40 years. We are located in Boston’s South End and have IMMEDIATE need to fill one full-time position for an Interior Plant Care Technician. We are seeking a motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work and is interested in maintaining tropical foliage plants for our Boston and Cambridge clients.
We are a fun, progressive, and creative group, and this would be a great opportunity to work with one of Boston’s most established interior/exterior landscape companies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of plant care experience
- Valid driver’s license and/or federal ID (required)
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Have good communication skills and be detail-oriented

ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
Our Interior Technicians are responsible for regular maintenance of interior plantscapes, indoor gardens and living walls. They enjoy their front-line position in supporting and interacting with our customers and relish the opportunity to be ambassadors for Foliaire. In addition to being responsible for taking care of our customers, they appreciate the satisfaction of having a regular schedule – seeing customers on the same day and time each week.
SUMMARY
We offer great pay and an excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid holidays, sick pay, and travel reimbursement. We also offer participation in our 401k plan after your first year of employment. Starting salary is commensurate with experience.
