OVERVIEW
LANDSCAPE EXTERIOR PLANT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
$20-23 per hour; benefits available after three months.
FULL-TIME or PART-TIME.
Foliaire, a Boston-based Landscape Design / Build company, has an immediate opening for a plant care/horticulture/gardening position. Some experience is mandatory in professional landscaping or any previous horticultural, agricultural, or plant care. We want people with a good attitude who enjoy doing great work with like-minded teammates. Knowledge of general construction tools, plant material, irrigation, or proper pruning skills is a plus! You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a group.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
No vehicle is required, but you must have a valid driver’s license. You will get around town on your own via public transportation or via a company-provided bicycle.
You must be capable and enjoy working outside and safely doing physical work. Not every day, but some days, we’ll require you to lift moderately heavy materials – such as soil or plants – from place to place for several hours in a safe and controlled manner. Starting pay is commensurate with previous experience.

COMPENSATION
$20 to $23 hourly (plus commission)
